Candelaris had a perception issue. They were making investments comparable to a mid to upscale Italian restaurant, but their public perception was that of a pizza buffet. With multiple locations, Candelari’s needed a brand overhaul that consolidated their messaging to focus on their dedication to freshness, quality and simplicity—all the while, keeping their light-hearted, family-centric tone. In turn, we created a brand approach that utilized raw, fresh ingredients to highlight core messaging pillars while keeping a simple and succinct design approach.
With all photography shot in our studio, the brand campaign leveraged traditional, headline-driven advertising with a central focus on Candelari’s core messaging by making the ingredients the primary focus and maintaining a refined simplicity in approach.
